-Dark chocolate and green tea pudding-

Chocolate lava cake filled with green tea sauce inside. Love the moment when I cut the edge of it and the sauce just ran out nicely.

It is served with a scoop of pear ice cream, which has balanced the overall sweetness. The chocolate pudding has a fairly crispy texture on the side of it. Nevertheless, the green tea flavour doesn't stand out as strong as I have expected.
